Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • Metro cities — 3–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas — 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We take great pride in the quality of every Polimita product. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email us at info@polimita.in with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened and used, unless they are defective. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
